Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The home provides easy access to downtown Glenwood Springs, nearby hot springs, and Sunlight Ski resort. It backs up to the roaring fork river with a deck that provides mountain views. The main level is open concept with windows that overlook the surrounding natural beauty. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal and the living room has plenty of seating to relax after a day exploring the Roaring Fork Valley. The main level of the house includes the living area, kitchen, and half bath. The dining area is also on the main level with the door out to the deck. Both bedrooms are downstairs on the lower level along with the full bath and laundry. The path/staircase down to the river path is out the front door and over to the side of the house. The upper portion is rustic and doesn’t have a railing. Please look at the photos for reference. During the winter months it’s possible the staircase will not be accessible if there is a lot of snow. This home is part of a duplex. Our family of three live next door in the other side of the duplex. We are nearby if needed but also respect your privacy. We provide self check-in and communication through the app. The house is located a bit South of downtown Glenwood Springs, just two miles away. It is on a quiet road that runs along the Atkinson bike path and the Roaring Fork River. The neighborhood road reaches a dead end just beyond the rental. The river path is a lovely place to go for a walk or bike ride. The path easily connects to the Rio Grande Trail system that takes you directly into downtown or as far South as Aspen.
