For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation. 7. Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas. 8. Right to Enter: We reserve the right to enter the property for necessary inspections, repairs, or maintenance as outlined in the rental agreement, and in cases where we receive reports of disturbances or policy violations. Efforts will be made to notify guests in advance when possible. 9. The fee that Airbnb has listed as a “Cleaning Fee” actually includes the fee for Damage Waiver protection that we provide you plus the Booking Fee for this property.
