Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property Other things to note -There is a ramp in the driveway for wheelchair accessibility. However, two steps are inside the house, down to a sunken living room. - The jacuzzi is turned on to 103 degrees before your check in. It takes approx. 4 hours to increase the temp, so give it time to get hot. -Service people can access the outside of the property and jacuzzi to perform their weekly maintenance duties. - Up to 2 Dogs are allowed for an $100 fee. Please clean up any hair and poop, or an additional cleaning fee may be charged. - Extra guests: We can accommodate more than 12 guests for $50 each additional guest per day. We have air mattresses or you're welcome to bring your own. Maximum 15 guests. - Pizza Oven: Guests are responsible for providing their own wood for the outdoor pizza oven.
