The beach is just steps across the street and great restaurants, shopping, activities, live music and so much more is just a short walk or quick Uber away. The space This beautiful and spacious 2400 sq ft pool home is located on Singer Island and is directly across the street from the beautiful sandy beaches and sparkling blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The home is equipped with everything you need for a great day at the beach including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, beach toys, coolers on wheels, and beach wagons. The ocean water is warm and crystal blue year round. There is a reef just offshore teeming with vibrant marine life perfect for snorkelers of all levels. Manatees gracefully swim along the shore line and momma sea turtles nest and baby turtles hatch on the beach March thru October. We are Island Locals, born and raised, and can gladly arrange activities and equipment rentals as part of your stay! Activities include fishing, kayaking, surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, diving, parasailing, and sightseeing and sunset boat tours. Equipment rentals include kayaks, surf boards, paddle boards, bicycles, cribs, pack n plays, and high chairs. From the house you can walk to upscale dining, family restaurants, sports bar, pizza parlor, ice cream parlor, coffee shop, bagel shop, convenience store, food market, liquor store, sovereign, swimwear and clothing store, gas station, nail salon, hair salon, gym, wellness center, spas, and massage. Also on the Island is Sailfish Marina and Restaurant, Ocean Reef Park and just off the island is MacArthur Beach State Park, Peanut Island, and the Port of Palm Beach for cruises to the Bahamas. The home is safely nestled in the Yacht Harbor Estates neighborhood, on a small block, with the ocean on the east end for gorgeous sunrises on the beach and the intracoastal on the west end for spectacular sunsets on the intracoastal waterway! There are an abundance of things to do and see on the Island including beaching, yoga, shelling, fishing, diving, snorkeling, para-sailing, surfing, paddle boarding, birding, biking, boat charters, boat rentals, sailboat and catamaran cruises or just plain relaxing on the beach or poolside. We have several wonderful restaurants and grocery delivery services just minutes away. Our UPS, FedEx, and Amazon hubs are within 15-30 mins so deliveries to the property are quick and easy. Door Dash, Uber Eats, Delivery Dudes and other food delivery services are available from all our local fantastic restaurants for whatever your flavor is from great munchies to fine gourmet! Or you can take a nice stroll, bike ride or quick Uber to several Island restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all while enjoying our magical ocean breezes! The kitchen is fully furnished with inside and outside dinnerware, cookware, and everything needed for either formal entertaining inside or casual entertaining outside by the heated pool. The backyard pool area has resort style tropical landscaping with banana trees, travelers palms, birds of paradise, bamboo, bromeliads, red ginger, orchids and more, all enclosed by a custom built privacy fence. At night the trees and heated pool are softly lit providing wonderful tropical ambiance. The heated pool is surrounded by marble pavers with a raised wooden sun deck in the northeast corner providing plenty of Florida sunshine. In addition to the sun deck there is also a covered tiki themed patio area with seating and ceiling fan for relaxing out of the sun. The pool deck area has an outside heated shower, 2 dining tables with umbrellas, dining chairs, chaise lounges, 8ft BBQ grill island with on-sight natural gas included, prep station with running water, grilling supplies, and a separate smoker. Your host will meet you upon arrival and issue you a 4 digit door code. You are required to contact the host 48 hours prior to arrival to confirm your check in time. Your host will also meet you for an exit check out. Your are required to confirm your check out time 48 hours in advance. Standard check in time is after 3pm and standard check out time is after 10 am. Early check in and late check out can be arranged and may incur an additional fee.
