Welcome to the North Oakland Waterfront Suites! This lakefront property offers amazing lake and river views! Sit back and relax in this comfortable space which features a King Size Bed, full kitchen, dining area, living area with sleeper sofa, and bathroom with tub. Conveniently located close to Pine Knob Ski Resort, Pine Knob Music Theatre, I-75, Great Lakes Crossing Mall, Legoland, Topgolf, Downtown Clarkston, many restaurants and golf courses! Backyard & beach area are shared common areas… The space This is Suite #1 which is facing the front of the property. This space provides peaceful lakefront views from the side windows and has an open floor plan with a full kitchen and living room. The front porch is exclusive to this suite. The backyard, fire pit, beach area, are common areas shared with other suites. The property consists of multiple suites. Each suite has its own private entrance, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living area. Conveniently located near I-75, Pine Knob Ski Resort, Pine Knob Music Theatre (formerly DTE) , Downtown Clarkston, Topgolf, Great Lakes Crossing Mall, Stellantis North America Headquarters. Laundry machines are on site for guests to use. In addition, there is a laundry mat nearby. The property consists of multiple suites. Each suite has its own entrance, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and living area. Other suites may be available if multiple suites are needed to accommodate more guests. The property can accommodate up to 16 guests in total between all suites. Please check with us regarding availability. Guest access MUST READ! ALL GUESTS SHOULD BE AWARE! - Back DECK (above) is exclusive to Suite #2. - Back PATIO (below) is exclusive to Suite #3. - Front PORCH is exclusive to Suite #1. - Yard, beach area, driveway are common areas shared with all Other things to note There are steps to enter the suite. Sportsman's club and race track are nearby so you can expect to hear noise sometimes. You may also hear noise from adjacent suites and neighbors sometimes. The lake may or may not be usable depending on the weather/season/time of year. The views may also be different than pictured depending on the weather and time of season. In the winter the lake may or may not be frozen over and the property could also be filled with snow. We have no control over weather conditions. Please note that lake living includes insects, we spray for insects quarterly but it is nearly impossible to keep the property entirely free from insects, we do our best to prevent them but we have no control over nature. Please take caution on cold or rainy days as there may be areas that are slippery or icy. Guests assume all liability. Swim or use the lake at your own risk. No life guard on duty. Kayaks may not be available from October through May. We do not restock supplies after the initial amount provided has been used by guest (e.g. toilet paper, paper towel, coffee, coffee filters, tea, Keurig pods, trash bags, etc.). Maintenance person may stop by from time to time to change ring batteries and/or also to take care of snow, lawn, trash or other necessary maintenance of the property.
