Welcome to Breakwater a spacious 4 call bedroom POOL home in a quite cul-de-sac. Enjoy a dip in the pool, ping pong, cornhole or pickle ball. We are minutes from the launch ramps with parking for your boat. Take a ride out directly from the cul-de-sac into the trails if you love that offroad life. We hope you love our beautiful home and quiet cul-de-sac as much as we do. Our home has 8 beds, a large open floor plan and a kitchen with island for indoor cooking or prep for the BBQ. As you drive in you'll see that neighbors are limited put the parking is plenty. Pull in your boat, trailer or RV, enjoy the shaded parking on those hot days and unload for a fun packed adventure. The open floor plan and large kitchen give plenty of space for our guest to enjoy and relax. The primary bedroom has a large king memory foam bed and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with a twin trundle underneath if needed. Bedroom 3 has two full beds for those who enjoy the company of others and bedroom 4 has private access with a full bunk house and gaming system. If you love to be entertained enjoy some yoga, a dip in the pool, ping pong, cornhole or pickle ball. We are minutes from the launch ramp and you can ride out directly from the cul-de-sac into the trails. We hope you care for and love our home as much as we do. Guest access Access instructions will be provided an hour before check in. Other things to note Pool is heatable at an additional charge. Please note that we do have a contract that we request guest sign, highlighting rules.
