Spacious Home with Double Parking

Casa Amparo is a home with large spaces ideal for large groups, located on the edge of the historic center and the beginning of the emblematic Barrio de la Noria. Located in - 15 minutes walk to the Zócalo - 22 minutes from the church of Santo Domingo The house is equipped with everything you need to comfortably enjoy Oaxaca, from kitchen, bathroom amenities, high speed WiFi, all the bedrooms have their own bathroom and two internal parking drawers. The space The house has a large kitchen that includes a washer-dryer, which is electric, so its drying cycle takes two hours. (Oaxaca has a dry climate, so air drying is recommended, for which you will find a folding clothesline) Induction grill, large refrigerator, microwave oven and enough utensils to prepare full meals. It has 5 bedrooms with their door and a small window facing the living room, distributed as follows: BEDROOM 1: It has a window overlooking the street with double glazing, 1 queen size bed and a double size sofa bed (NOTE: ideal for two thin people or children) It has AC, Smart TV and its own bathroom. BEDROOM 2: It has 1 queen size bed, with AC, Smart TV and its own bathroom. BEDROOM 3: It has 1 queen size bed. With AC. With Smart TV and its own bathroom. BEDROOM 4: It has 2 spaces separated by a curtain, in one space there is a queen size bed with its own bathroom, with Smart TV and AC, in the second space there is a single/ double sofa bed (the capacity depends on the size of the person). BEDROOM 5: It has 1 queen size bed. With AC. With Smart TV and its own bathroom. NOTE: Each bathroom also has a small window, however, all have extractors, so no bad smells come out to the common area. The living room contains a love seat and a cot, a large television with extensive programming. The dining room has enough space for 14 people and chairs to rest. There is an additional half bathroom in the garage. We send instructions for easy handling. The bedrooms have their own keys and are located on a keychain in the kitchen, in case you want to use them. They're in the last drawer, next to the microwave. Please take care of them, because if you lose them, there is a replacement cost of $20 USD per key. Guest access You have access to the entire property, except the roof. It's very easy to park vehicles, the neighborhood is very quiet. Other things to note SAFETY: Our properties have a night security guard who can support our guests with anything they need. If any neighbor is making a lot of noise you can write to us and we will send it right away to validate compliance with the rules. REGARDING NOISE: The historic center of Oaxaca is a multicultural place, full of traditions and delicious food; essential part of our customs includes folklor and music, which on many occasions can cause unexpected noises during celebrations. In addition, some neighbors have dogs as guardian animals and some farm animals, such as roosters. This can get to disturb your sleep, thinking this we make sure to leave ear plugs inside the first aid kit that you can use if you need them.
