Master King Suite - Private Bathroom!

Peaceful, private, 2nd floor spacious room with private bath, bidet, massaging recliner, blackout curtains, work desk, walk-in closet, king sized bed, smart TV, with private patio! Shared laundry separating bedrooms, full access to kitchen/diningroom/livingroom, backyard. One block from Tucson Mall, less than 5miles to Northwest Medical and Banner both, bus stop on the same block as the house. Free parking. Split floor plan, perfect for sharing with privacy! The space This private room is in my 3bedroom / 3bathroom house. I use two of the rooms, one as my living quarters and one as my office. The 3rd room is the one that I rent out. Garage parking is available for a smaller car - I have an SUV, so it is a tight fit with another large vehicle, but there is also street parking at the end of the court. I don't charge for parking. The neighborhood is quiet - with the exception of car noise sometimes - we are on a small private court, so not even a lot of traffic in and out. Guest access Feel free to use the Livingroom/Diningroom/Kitchen with all the conveniences, or the GREAT outdoor space. There is a large furnished gazebo with fire table in the back yard. I spend a lot of time out there - it is very relaxing. There is also a Smoker and BBQ you are welcome to use if you are so inclined! During your stay I love to chat with my guests but always follow their lead - some like the community, some like to keep to themselves. If you ever feel like chatting, you'll likely find me in the backyard, enjoying the gazebo! Other things to note Please note: 1. You will be asked to submit a damage deposit in the property management portal. This is similar to when you check into a hotel. You will need to upload an ID and secure the unit with a cc.
