Guest access Laundry room with coin operated new washers and dryers, fast WIFI (special internet access only for airbnb guests), polite managers and all of the excitement and convenience in U District. $20 parking per day or $210 per month in our own lot compared with $35 + per day in nearby parking lot, first come first serve. Other things to note It is on the 2nd floor corner unit, there is no elevator, it is very close to the source of router and modem, it is also shared wifi with only a couple neighboring units so the speed is quite good. Please refer to the house manual located in your itinerary for the check in and out procedures as well as additional important information. Parking in our lot is $15 parking per day or $210 per month in our own lot compared with $35 + per day in nearby parking lot, first come first serve. please contact me. The maximum # of guests is three, but the base rent is based on one guest, each additional guest will be $15 per person per night with advance notice or $25 per night without advance notice. kids over 2 year old is counted as a guest. It is away from the street so it is away from the car sound however it is close to the back alley so the garbage trucks comes in the morning most time between 5:30 am to 7 am but only 1-3 min each time 2 or 3 times a week. If earlier than 5 am then they are against the law. The cleaning fee listed here is the minimum for staying from 3 days to one month. If stay multiple months, the minimum cleaning is that monthly cleaning multiplies # of months. If too filthy, the guest is responsible to pay for the extra cleaning or damages based on $35 per hour for cleaning. Tenants pay for the plumbing cost if the local drain pipes (only caused by you) the are clogged during the tenancy. :) thank you very much. We pay for your water, sewer, electricity and solid waste. The tenant use electricity judiciously. For long term guests, If the electricity usage is over $60/mo (over 28 days) for one guest or over $80 for two guests, the guests will pay the difference. This is the way that we do not casually waste energy.
