There are two spacious double bedrooms, a luxurious marble tiled bathroom with waterfall shower over the bath and a modern living area with flat screen tv & comfy sofa. Dining area for 4, and large patio doors leading out to the rooftop terrace. The space Furnished to a high quality and standard, the apartment has everything you will need to make your stay comfortable and stress free! There is a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, full size fridge freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher. The beds will be made up with high quality linen and we will leave fluffy towels and a few essentials. The beautiful terrace is spacious and has views over the roof tops. Guest access The apartment is located on the third floor accessed via the communal staircase. There is a car park a few minutes away where you can safely park your car, it charges for a daily rate and can be arranged via the RingGo app or on site. Other things to note There is no parking space for this apartment, but its only 5 mins from the Worthy lane car park, which charges a daily rate. There is a secure shared bike store at the back of the property. We supply a few items such as toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, tea bags, coffee pods etc, to help you settle in, but you may want to bring more with you for when these run out.
