The Shou-Sugi-Ban Guest House is 5 miles from Greenville city center and West Greenville, yet you'll feel like you've escaped it all with the rush of the river and surrounding trees. This cozy, custom space has a king-size bed, and two sets of French doors leading out to a private deck. No matter where you are in the space, you'll have views of the 700 ft of Saluda river frontage. The space There is a king sized bed in the main living area, and the kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, espresso maker with coffee/cream/sugar provided, and the essentials as far as dishes/utensils. The bathroom has a large shower with a rain shower head and a huge window, so you can see the views even from the shower. (There’s also a shade, if you’d prefer extra privacy!) The deck is fully enclosed, with a gate leading to the yard on your right as you’re looking toward the water. The indoor space is smoke-free, but smoking on the deck is perfectly fine. There's a two-person swing at the edge of the river, which is perfect for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Guest access The private guesthouse and deck are all yours, and you’re welcome to explore the yard and water’s edge. Other things to note For the safety of our guests and security of our guest house, Shou-Sugi-Ban has a single security camera at the parking area and front door.
