Other things to note **Entry Protocol (Security & Registration Process)** For the safety and security of all guests and residents, entry into the complex follows a standard registration process upon arrival. At the security checkpoint, guests will be required to present a QR code provided by your host. In addition, a valid photo ID must be left with security during the registration process. As part of the check-in procedure, guests will also be asked to sign the Airbnb rental agreement and acknowledge the guest amenities rules. These measures are in place to ensure a safe, secure, and well-managed environment for everyone in the community. Only registered guests with QR codes are permitted entry into the complex. Non-registered visitors are not allowed access at any time. Your ID will be safely held and can be collected each time you exit the property. We would like to kindly share a few important community guidelines to help ensure a pleasant experience for you and to avoid any potential inconveniences. The building administration and security team closely monitor the following rules, and fines may be issued if they are not observed: 1. Children are not allowed in the jacuzzi. This area is reserved for adults only. 2. Alcohol, cigarettes, vaping, and any drugs are not permitted in common areas. 3. Please do not hang wet clothes or towels over the glass balcony railing. 4. For your safety, kindly avoid using the elevators while wet. Please dry off thoroughly with a towel before entering. 5. Please do not leave trash in hallways or common areas. There is a trash chute located on each stairwell landing (you will find a door to your left at each mid-level). For larger items such as boxes or trash that do not fit in the chute, please take them directly to the main trash container located in the basement level, near the stairwell. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines. Security personnel and cameras are attentive to these areas, and any fines issued by the administration are ultimately the responsibility of the property and therefore may be passed on accordingly.
