There is also a Washer/Dryer combo unit inside the guesthouse for your laundry needs. The space includes thoughtful furnishings including seating area with a couch, decorative pillows, plenty of natural light, air conditioning, and heating for your comfort. A dedicated workspace, featuring a desk, comfortable chair, and Wi-Fi. Watch movies on the 42 inch smart TV with streaming capabilities, or listen to music on the bluetooth/aux Marshall speaker. The Queen bed is a new luxe memory foam mattress with decorative pillows alongside four other pillows for sleeping, so you’ll have an extra comfortable night of rest. There are under bed storage containers with wheels, a small dresser, and a ceiling mounted clothing bar with hangers. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find brand new appliances, cookware, and everything else you’ll need to prepare delicious meals. Not to mention the Welcome basket with snacks and drinks for you to enjoy. The spacious bathroom features a walk in shower with rainfall showerhead, fluffy towels, and complementary toiletries. Feel free to grill out in the backyard BBQ countertop area. Tesla charging is available for a small fee. Guest access Upon arrival, there is always plenty of easy parking directly in front of the house. There is a private entrance for guests to come and go as they please. Guests have access to the entire guesthouse, their very own patio seating area, and BBQ countertop area for grilling. Other things to note Guesthouse is detached and behind our home with no common walls, and has its own private entrance for privacy! We will give you your complete privacy, and always be available for you if you need anything :) We take pride in providing our guests with a pristine and sanitary space, which is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each stay. We also have complimentary cleanings every 2 weeks during your stay :) **Please read all rules before booking** -No loud music, parties, events, or large gatherings. -No excessive noise. Please be respectful :) -Absolutely no smoking inside the guesthouse, but you can smoke anywhere outside. Any sign of smoking inside the guesthouse will result in a $1000 penalty. -The following items are considered damaging and are not allowed on the property.
