The Lodger

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. With a large kitchen dinner that has views over a beautiful valley this is a special spot. There is a large bedroom with a king sized bed and a smaller single with a standard single bed. Access is through a shared drive as The Lodger is attached to our house. There are fabulous walks from the front door and we are only a five minute drive to Maidencoombe beach which boasts a pub and beach café offering paddle board hire. Non-smokers only. The space Entry is via your own front door to the side of our house which takes you into a large and airy kitchen diner with views over our garden and into the valley below. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom, a smaller room ideal for a child and large bathroom with shower. The Lodger is situated in a fantastic garden with some private secluded areas for your use. Guest access You have access to the patio surrounding The Lodger and the garden area to the side. Other access is by prior arrangement. Other things to note The Lodger is a non smoking and non vaping area only.
