It is a true escape from a busy life, but only minutes away from everything you need. In summer, Carnelian Bay offers access to beautiful beaches, biking and hiking. In winter you will enjoy being close to popular ski resorts and snow shoeing trails. Delightful Cabin is also only 6 miles from Tahoe City and 3 miles from Kings Beach, where you can enjoy more restaurants, beaches and shopping. We are 17 miles from Homewood Mountain Ski Resort and 12 miles from Squaw Valley | Alpine Meadows Ski Resorts. NOTE: There is no air conditioning at this home. Our temperatures stay low in the evening in Lake Tahoe, and fans are available for use. *Minimum Renter Age Requirement: 25 years *Maximum Nighttime Occupancy: 10 adults *Maximum Daytime Occupancy: 15 adults *Occupancy: Nighttime occupancy is defined as 2 people per bedroom, plus 2 additional people, excluding children under 12 years of age. Daytime occupancy is defined as one and a half times the maximum number of occupants allowed to stay overnight at the unit, excluding children under 12. You will have total privacy, but we are available to assist you 24 hours/day if needed. The pool is only available during the summer, and the tennis courts are weather dependent. The nightly rate and cleaning fee includes a county Transient Occupancy Tax of 10% Included in your cleaning fee is a $35 administrative fee and a $44.95 damage waiver that covers up to $3,000 in accidental damages that are reported to us at the time the damage occurred. You can contact our office after you make the booking if you want to avoid the damage waiver and we will replace it with a $3,0000 security deposit.
