Ski-in and Ski-out Condo at Seven Springs Resort

I have a 3 night minimum over Christmas, New Years, Presidents’ Day and MLK Day weekends. I have a $10/night fee per pet. Stoneridge D34A is a ski in and ski out condo that is close to restaurants, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and 24 hour free shuttle service . You’ll love the condo because of the coziness, the views, and the LOCATION. It is great for couples, solo adventurers,and families(with kids).It sleeps 4. There are 21 steps. The space This condo is very accessible to the ski slopes and trails. Boomerang trail run directly behind the condo. You can sit t at the round high top table and enjoy a snack and watch the skiers going past. Kids often make a small sledding path directly behind the condo and parents can watch from the comfort of the condo. Guest access Guests have use of the whole condo and small deck. There is a ski locker across from the covered parking lot for guests to use. In the summer there is a pool and hot tub a couple minutes walk from the condo. Other things to note There is an outdoor pool and hot tub for quests to use during the summer months. They are located in the next condo building down and it is a couple minute walk. I allow pets (dogs only) but quests must agree to be fully responsible and vacuum all dog hair from floors and furniture. There is a $10.00 per night per pet additional fee. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and if a pet owner can't control that then please be courteous and provide something for them to lay on. There will be money taken from your deposit if I find a dog has relieved themself on the carpet.
