It is a Garden apartment, with a private garden that offers armchairs and a hammock for meals and rest! Also available is the barbecue with grill, skewers and other utensils needed for you to enjoy a relaxing day in the garden! In the living room, I have a spacious table for 4 people and on the counter, a place for two more on high stools. The kitchen is planned, equipped with a cooktop, electric oven, microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker! We provide coffee, sugar, oil, salt and some coffee capsules for you to enjoy! The sofa is super comfortable and wonderful to relax and enjoy the end of the day and watch TV. If you need internet, the Wi-Fi has great speed. The apartment accommodates up to four people in two bedrooms with split air-conditioning. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other has a single bed and an auxiliary bed. I provide clean and fragrant bed and bath linens, but they are not replaced during your stay, okay? Super clean, comfortable bathroom, we always leave a liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper so you don't have to worry about it at check-in. The condominium is very well located, safe, with an intercom, electronic gate, exclusive and covered parking space. A hairdryer, clothesline, iron and ironing board will also be at your disposal! Guest access Feel at home, take care of this space as if it were yours, for security reasons visits are not allowed, pets are welcome, but we ask that you do not climb on the beds and sofa, okay? Other things to note I will be very pleased to welcome you to my Retreat, check-in time is from 2 p.m. and can be made flexible according to availability, we send all information hours in advance for your comfort.
