Come stay on Kiefer’s newest, cutest street! This brand new house is close to Tulsa’s best attractions and hospitals! Make dinner in the kitchen stocked with pots and pans and basic spices, or make a cup of coffee (or tea!) from the coffee bar and enjoy it on the private porch out back. Families are welcome - there’s even a pack and play, baby gate, and high chair available. 13 minutes to Tulsa Aquarium 15 minutes to River Spirit Casino 18 minutes to BOK 20 minutes to the Gathering Place The space This is an entire house with a private, fenced backyard. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and king bed, bedroom two has a queen bed, and bedroom three has a twin/full bunk bed with a pack and play in the closet. There are three smart TVs provided so while there is no cable, guests may login into their streaming service of choice. Guest access Entire house and backyard Other things to note All bedrooms are located upstairs, so unfortunately this is probably not the best property for those with limited mobility. PET POLICY Pets are allowed with prior approval - please reach out before booking if you’re bringing your furry friend. $50 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation) All pets must be kenneled and house trained. All pets must be leashed at all times if in the front of the house. All pets MUST be kept off the furniture and bedding. All guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets. All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home at the end of the stay. Our linens are washed in a scented detergent, but if you prefer them washed in an unscented detergent we’d be happy to accommodate when possible! Please let us know at the time of booking you would prefer unscented cleaning products where possible. EXTRA CHARGES Any evidence of smoking on the property (including smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $350 charge for extra cleaning entailed. The no smoking rules includes the yard/outdoor areas. Unapproved late checkouts (20 minutes or more past check out time) will be subject to a $50 charge for every 30 minutes past check out.
