The space This studio is practical and functional, with a privileged location, fully adapted to the needs of everyday life. The bed is foldable, it can be open or closed, allowing you to increase the leisure space. It is located on the 14th floor, the building has 4 elevators and 2 stair accesses. Guest access Guests have access to the entire loft. In the building, they also have access to the reception room, which has sofas, TV, Wi-Fi, vending machine and laundry. Other things to note BUILDING The apartment is located in a family residence building, so please keep noise to acceptable levels. The doormen are employees of the building, not our employees, we count on their usual sympathy and kindness, but they are not our responsibility. LOCATION The apartment is very close to the Antas stadium, so naturally, on game days there is a lot of movement of people in the surrounding area. With direct and easy access by metro (Dragão station) 500 meters away or by bus (300 meters away) to the city center, in 10/15 minutes. MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX The tourist tax comes into force on March 1, 2018, with a value of €3 per night and per person, up to a maximum of €14 per person (7 consecutive nights of stay/person). It applies to all guests aged 13 years or older. The tourist tax has been charged directly by Airbnb since 04/01/2018. LEGAL OBLIGATIONS Accommodation Report Local accommodation establishments in Portugal are required by law to report the presence and identity of guests to AIMA - Agency for Migration and Asylum Integration. All guests are required to provide their personal data, which are as follows: - full name; - date of birth; - city of birth; - Personal identification document/passport number; - country of issue of the personal identification document/passport; - nationality; - home address. To obtain and verify this information, you must send us a photograph (erased if you wish) of each document when requested by the host. Only after we receive this information will we provide the access codes to the apartment keys. Guests of Portuguese nationality are also required to provide this data. Refusal to provide this data will result in cancellation of the booking, without a refund. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT The possibility of early check-in (before 5:00 p.m.) or late check-out (after 11:00 a.m.) is ALWAYS subject to confirmation of availability of the accommodation, and has a fixed cost of 25 euros. VERY IMPORTANT: - No parties or noise in the apartment; - No extra guests are allowed beyond those indicated; - No visits or contracting of external services are allowed; - No pets allowed. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the immediate DEPARTURE of guests, no refund of the reservation amount, and compensation will be required. NOTE: For stays longer than 7 nights, we suggest extra cleaning every week, which costs 45 euros each.
