This memorable place is extraordinary - one of the country's first real tree houses. Architecturally unique, Will’s Tree House offers a simply stunning tree-top location from which to enjoy the tranquil views of Winchcombe Farm in Upper Tysoe, Warwickshire. Four sycamore and ash trees are clever central design features of this beautiful accommodation which is finished to the highest of standards - there's even a tree growing through the middle of the kitchen! Bunk beds are weight restricted The space At a glance: Indoor bedrooms: 1 combined living and sleeping area with a king-sized bed and full-sized single bunkbeds in a hidden cabin. Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with bath and power shower. Kitchen: Fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and oven and grill. Minimum two nights stay all year round. Any day check-in. We strive to maintain an idyllic holiday retreat that transports you to an oasis of peace and tranquillity. Our farm is not suitable for groups, other than those looking for a relaxing holiday hideaway. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the tree house. Description: Luxury and attention to detail go hand in hand to ensure a truly memorable experience for every guest. Stand-out features include a private hot tub situated on a lower deck, a spacious wraparound decking area with plenty of comfortable seating and outdoor shower hidden in an alcove for privacy. The building is supported by four mature ash and sycamore trees, one of which grows through the kitchen, the other three growing through the deck / seating area. All the holiday lets are named after the owner' children, "Will" is now 16 and the treehouse was finished on the day he was born! Designed with outdoor living in mind, the huge tree-lined part-covered deck area is extremely well equipped with charcoal pizza oven, gas barbeque, hanging chairs, hammock, dining area and sun loungers. There are even complimentary robes in which to relax and drink in the idyllic views across open countryside in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty whilst also accompanied by the sights and sounds of nature on this private country estate, including a duck-filled pond, ponies, alpacas, lambs. For your guaranteed comfort, the spacious main living area makes for the perfect spot to kick back and relax on a comfortable huge leather sofa, while enjoying the latest technology, whether it be watching the wall-mounted 55” SMART TV & DVD or listening to music via the WIFI speaker. And there’s a sumptuous king-size bed and fold-down full-size single bunk beds, cleverly concealed in cupboards ready for when you need them. A couple of steps from the main living room, the fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with a range of integrated appliances including dishwasher, along with lush josephjoseph and SMEG accessories and all the mod cons. The modern bathroom boasts a power shower over the bath, complimentary toiletries and super soft towels. Outdoors, for those who want to make the most of this idyllic countryside retreat, there are binoculars for spying on the wildlife by day – heron, woodpeckers, ducks and moorhens are a frequent sight – plus there’s even a telescope for stargazing. The woodland area in which the tree house nestles, is a children’s paradise with pirate ship, lookout tower, toddlers’ climbing frame and ground-level trampoline. Plus there’s a selection of board games available for family time and plenty of reading material. Will’s Tree House has LPG-powered underfloor heating throughout and thermostat-controlled radiators in the main living area and bathroom so you’ll stay cosy whatever the weather. Important stuff: Check in: 3pm Check out: 10am Due to the tranquil nature of our site, the surrounding wildlife, and guests staying in our other properties, we politely ask all guests to keep outside noise to a minimum and for no loud music to be played at all times. The treehouse is accessed via a ramp at the side and there are a couple of steps up into the main building. The hot tub is private and exclusively for the use of guests staying in Will’s Tree House. The tree house nestles in a woodland play area with fire pit that is exclusively for the use of guests staying in Will’s Tree House, Jess’ Tree Bach and the Chicken Shed Lodge only. All bed linen and towels are provided. Complimentary towelling robes are also provided for all adult members of the party. Free super-fast WiFi. Cots, highchairs, children’s toilet seats, shower stools and toilet frames are provided on request at no extra cost. Gas is provided for the barbecue and charcoal and firelighters are provided for the outdoor pizza oven. Kindling and wood is provided for the fire pit. Self-check-in (you will be emailed the door code and directions prior to your arrival). The owners live on-site and can be contacted at any reasonable time during your stay for assistance. There is parking for one car immediately outside and plenty of parking for additional vehicles about 30 meters away. The Treehouse is accessed via a long shallow ramp from the car park, ideal for wheelchairs and /or baby buggies. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer all provided. All cleaning essentials are provided (washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, waste sacks, barbecue cleaner, etc). There is not a washing machine in the Tree House. Please call the owners to arrange to do laundry in their on-site facility if required. A welcome pack of fruit, cake and milk is left for all guests on arrival. Please note that we do not allow dogs in the treehouse. Guest access There is a woodland play area (in which the tree house is situated) with fire pit on site that is exclusive for the use of guests staying in Will’s Tree House, Jess Tree Bach and the Chicken Shed Lodge. There is also a sunken trampoline and hidden secret hiding spaces for kids in the forest. Other things to note There are 5 other holiday properties on our farm. We have 3 alpacas - Barry, Geoff and Pepper, plus two ponies - Stan and Queenie, in the paddock that Will's Tree House overlooks. We have to do twice daily checks and dose of the hot tub for safety purposes - we'll try to not disturb you.
