PS -We have a strict policy of no outside guests/visitors allowed on the premises (backyard or inside the house) at any time. The space As you enter through the side door you're greeted with a welcome area to your right. The first floor has a full bath and washer/dryer combo unit, large living room and dining area. The kitchen leads to a cute backyard with outdoor dining area and giant sized play house. 4 bedrooms and a full bath are located on the second floor. Guest access Most of the house is accessible. Private areas are locked and signed. Other things to note There is one temperature zone regulator located by the piano that controls the heat for the whole house. Each bedroom has a window AC unit and there is a floor AC unit provided on the first floor that can be removed to lock the window at night. No bachelorette/bachelor parties. Please ask the host if you can put up any decorations around the house. Do not re-arrange our furniture, please.
