The space A 15-minute walk from Penryn Harbour, and a 5-minute walk from the train station, This ideally located property is a short distance away from Penryn's high street, on the edge of Glasney College Woods, and the beautiful local reservoirs. A perfect spot to explore this lovely area of Cornwall. The town is a charming and picturesque destination that offers a mix of history, natural beauty, and modern amenities. The property can benefit from the convenience of being near a town's infrastructure but with views and quietude of a scenic countryside retreat. The interior of the property exudes a cozy and spacious ambiance, with tasteful finishes that imbue a sense of luxury, comfort & care. Guests will find all bed linen and towels provided for their convenience. The living room boasts ample seating at a spacious table with breath taking views of the surrounding landscape. Additionally, a sideboard offers extra storage with an assortment of board games and books available to guests. For guests who prefer to spend their evenings outside, extra blankets are provided for stargazing. Alternatively, the Philips Ambilight smart television is perfect for a relaxing night in, providing access to a wide array of streaming applications such as Prime Video, Disney+, Netflix, and more, allowing guests to enjoy their favourite shows and movies through streaming services and can also watch live TV channels through BBC iPlayer, ITV Player & All4 with their own accounts. The kitchen is outfitted with every necessary amenity, including a spacious fridge-freezer with filtered water jug supplied. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, and a food blender is also supplied. Additionally, the kitchen includes a combination washing machine/ dryer, washing up liquid, soap, tea towels, and basic cleaning products. Guests will also find a Cafetiere, a teapot, and complimentary Cornish tea, coffee, sugar & hot chocolate. Both bedrooms are furnished with a comfy and sumptuous double bed, offering a picturesque view of the surroundings. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with touch lamps, full-length mirrors, black-out blinds, side tables, and a clothes rail for convenient storage of your belongings. The bathroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, boasting a large walk-in waterfall shower with Faith In Nature's body wash, shampoo & conditioner supplied, a luxurious LED mirror with a demister pad, a dual fuel towel rail that ensures that towels are warm, and inviting even when the heating is off, and of course a toilet and sink & small bathroom bin. The property is also equipped with a sleek dressing table complete with a mirror, hairdryer, and LED magnified makeup mirror for your convenience. Additionally, you'll find a useful storage cupboard by the entrance of the property stocked with an ironing board, iron, clothes airer, and pegs for your use. The central heating system is easy to use with a Hive thermostat allowing you to adjust the temperature to your desired level of comfort. The property offers convenient on-site parking right in front of the property. The apartment is accessed via an external staircase located on the left side of the stone-faced property on the road, with motion sensor lighting for added safety. Our minimum night stay decreases to one night depending on how far out you are booking but if you've made it this far down the page we are more than happy to adjust the minimum night stay for you.
