Coastal breeze is a warm and nautical vacation destination. Family friendly, there is a centrally located outdoor pool, a recreation center with an indoor pool and hot tub, with gym access. We are steps from the ocean, and endless fun and relaxation. The Fort Fisher recreation area with aquarium and ferry are a 5 minute bike ride away! Enjoy sunrise on the beach, and sunset on the Cape Fear River. The space Cozy, well stocked family friendly two bedroom condo that comfortably sleeps 4 guests. We provide you with sheets and bedding for each bed, 1 bath towel/per guest , 1 wash cloth/per guest, bathroom hand towels and kitchen towels. Bed sizes: Primary: queen Secondary: 2 twin beds Guest access Guest have access to outdoor pool, tennis courts, playground, gym, hot tub, gym and indoor pool. Private beach access across the street and minutes from the Fort Fisher Ferry and Aquarium. Other things to note You must be 25 years of age to rent. This is a smoke and vape free condo and premises, this includes the balcony, breezeway, all pools and common (shared) areas. You will have the following items to help you feel at home: 1 roll of paper towels 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom garbage bags dishsoap dishwasher pods laundry pods hand soap Sponge After you use what we have supplied you, it is up to you to purchased whatever else you may need for you stay. Coverlets for all beds Sheets for all beds one towel/wash cloth per guest hand towels for bathroom and kitchen. We understand accidents happen, we provide our own linens, they are inspected by our linen team and cleaning team before and after each guest. If the linens are damaged during your stay you will be charged the following per item: Bath towels $5 (each) Fitted sheet: $5 (each) Flat sheet: $5 (each) Pillow cases: $3 (each) Coverlets: $20 (each) Mattress toppers/protector: $20 (each). We appreciate you, please treat our home like your own! This year we are happy to offer beach towel bundles and a beach bag. This is NOT included in your linen and cleaning fee, so if you choose to use them you must wash, dry and fold them prior to checking out. We hope you enjoy! There will be a $10 (per towel) charge for any dirty or stained beach towels and $20 (per towel) for any missing beach towels. Please make sure that you keep a respectable noise level out of courtesy to other neighbors and guests of Ocean Dunes. This is a smoke free unit, please no smoke inside the unit, on the balcony or in front of the condo.
