Welcome to the most relaxed and breezy Country House. Experience the town while living just outside of the city at Neoi Epivates were you have the beach just one kilometer from the house, the best and nearest beach to Thessaloniki. A hidden paradise where you can combine the sea with trees. You can listen to the birds, enjoy views of nature on one side of the vilage and sea views on the other. Relax here after a long day at the beach or the town center. The space Do you feel like swinging in a hammock as you listen to the songs of birds? Or like playing in the grass and getting some suntan? The Country House gives you so many choices and is suitable for children. It is also 10 minutes walking from the beach so you can enjoy the sunset time and then have dinner in one of the Greek tavernas there. THE HOUSE The house is 800 square meters property fenced all around. You can park your car inside the property, or just outside of the house. All windows and balcony doors have mosquito nets. LIVING ROOM The living room is cozy and relaxing with a big TV that you can plug your laptop and watch what you wish. Its a cool room with balcony door and view of the town and sea. KITCHEN Big fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, whatever you will need for your cooking you will find it in this kitchen. You can use the dish washer and the cloth washing machine. Balcony door and nice window view. Birds are always the soundtrack! ROMANTIC BEDROOM A lovely handmade wooden double bed and furniture with life history are decorating the Romantic Bedroom next to the Living Room. You can have a perfect night sleep in the such a nature whispering atmosphere and feel totally fresh in the morning. MAIN BATHROOM Next to the Romantic Bedroom is the bathroom with a bath tub, hair dryer and first aid unit. UP FLOOR BEDROOMS Two Bedrooms on the attic floor are separated with a wall full of greek books! One of them is a double bed room with a beautiful view of the fields. The other one has two single beds, one hidden under the other, a TV and of course the view. Both bedrooms have one table fan each for some cool wind. UP FLOOR TOILET One more toilet without shower suitable for the upstairs bedrooms. GARDEN AND BALCONY The house is surrounded by a balcony that on the side of the view there are two hammocks, tables and chairs in every corner, good shadow and sounds of all the birds around. Its ideal for every hour of the day, to have your breakfast, your lunch or a nice drink under the moon. The rest of the property is full of trees, grass and different plants. You can picnic on the grass, get a tan or play with your kids. Nature is welcoming you. Guest access You can access all parts of the house and garden.
