Shorebreak

Shorebreak is a sea-facing, double-storey, 4 bedroom house in a small, secure complex in Southbroom, Kzn. The house is newly renovated so all finishes are fresh, clean and modern. Large, treed gardens surround the house which is a 2 minute walk from the beach, surrounded by the Southbroom golf course. Power and water backup systems are available so that service interruptions won't be an issue. The house is in a complex therefore guests should be mindful of noise levels. The space The house has a large entrance courtyard, 2 lounges, dining room, large kitchen, patios upstairs and downstairs, 4 bedrooms and 3,5 bathrooms. Guest access Shorebreak is an entire house in a small complex. Guests have access to the house whole house with a large garden for their use only. There is lots of privacy and peace.
