A unique place where you can hear the birds sing while enjoying the services offered by the leisure center: lake with canoes available (ideal for fishing enthusiasts), swimming pool, children's games, ping-pong, petanque, etc. 2 min Layrac, 5 min Astaffort, 10 min Agen, near Gers IMPORTANT: no cleaning fee charged, so you need to leave the space clean ☺️✨ The space The chalet has a fully equipped kitchen, a private bedroom and another bedroom on the mezzanine. 2 terraces are available, one of which is covered. A hookah is also available in the on-site facilities (in the right-hand cupboard opposite the sink): supplies are however to be provided to use it ☺️ Guest access The entire property is accessible with self check-in (key boxes🗝️). Other things to note Activities: - Layrac 🏎️ karting 5 minutes away; - 🐊 Southwest Walygator Park and Aqualand 15mn away; - Happy Forest estate 20 minutes away 🌿(tree climbing, animal park, escape game, max mini golf, laser game, orientation race, pony ride, maize labyrinth and room rental).
