Welcome to the Log Escape, a newly constructed log home in the heart of the Village of Harrison Hot Springs; only an hour’s drive from Vancouver, BC. This state-of-the-art 2,800 square foot smart home sits on a fully fenced 17,000 square foot private property that backs onto the Miami River. The home features easy water access with rich, panoramic views of Mount Cheam and its surrounding landscapes; plus, an easy walk to the Village’s hot springs, pool, beaches, marina, lakes and restaurants. The space The home's main floor has a spacious open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen area with attached laundry, powder room, and Master Bedroom; complete with a deep soaker tub and shower en suite. The upstairs area has 3-bedrooms, a full bathroom and kid-friendly entertaining Loft area. Outside, the property features sprawling back and side yards with two fully furnished patios and BBQ/eating areas. There is even an ever-growing supply of lawn games to keep everyone entertained! The key to our home is its state-of-the-art smart features. The property has full WiFi coverage through-out and programable smart lighting and thermostat that allow you to maintain your ideal ambiance and temperatures during your stay. Pluto TV, Tubi, YouTube Music and YouTube are a few of the many streaming services we offer to keep you entertained. The house also features smart lock technologies that allow for your bedrooms to be unlocked all the time OR to be always locked (like a private hotel room); requiring a provided fob to access them...Your choice! Though we only ever rent to a single Group at a time and our posted rate is for the use of all 4 bedrooms, we do have the ability to lock off bedrooms that you may not need for a reduced rate. Guest access Once you arrive at the Property and park your car, everything Harrison Hot Springs has to offer is within walking distance. Other things to note As our Home is a smart home, we do offer a "configurable rental" option that allows you to save money by not using all of the bedrooms. Should your Group feel that this is an option for them, simply reach out prior to renting and we can offer you a reduced price based on the number of rooms you wish to use.
