The Temporary Membership Fee gives you access to the community and all common areas of the community. * Guests that are not registered will be denied access to the community. Community Fees due at check-in: *** Temporary Membership: - $8.50 per person per day in spring/summer - $2.00 per person per day in fall/winter - kids under 6yo- free *** Gate cards : Entry gate card (1 per vehicle) will be provided at community Welcome Center upon check-in. - $20 per vehicle fee *** Transaction Fee: $20 * Registration must be finalized up to 3 days prior check-in. If not guest will need to cancel the booking and no refunds will be issued. Owners are not responsible for community amenities closures due to acts of God, repairs, maintenance, etc. Please check website for any closures. A link for registration information will be sent once booking is confirmed. Other things to note Parties are not permitted at the property.
