Guest access You must check-in at the on-site office located at 506 Gulf Shore Drive, Destin, FL 32541. If you are arriving after 5 pm you will find a packet with your key and information in the lockbox located in the the lobby. Please call our office in advance for the combination. Check-In is 5 pm. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays, we ask for your patience in this regard. On Saturdays, guests will not be allowed to go to the property prior to 5 pm. Complexes will no longer allow guests on site until their unit is ready. We do not guarantee a 5 pm check-in. No refund will be given for check-in's that occur later than 5 pm. We do not allow or guarantee early check-in either. Early check-ins may require an additional fee. Your driver's license or state ID must be presented at time of check-in. We provide all linens for the unit except beach towels. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
