Here's everything you need to know about your cozy retreat: Description: The Oak Apartment is a private 1 bed 1 bath space located behind the main house, offering both privacy and security. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen equipped with a full-size range, a dishwasher, and all the tools needed to whip up a delicious meal. Stay comfortable with AC and ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom. Kick back and relax while streaming your favorite shows on the 55" TV and browsing the internet with your own secure WIFI. Smart locks with digital keypad and thumbprint ensure ease and security of entry during your stay. We've got you covered with towels for bathing and beach towels for some outdoor fun. For added convenience, you'll find a full-size washer and dryer (not shared) in the utility room off the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, including dishes, silverware, pots and pans, baking dishes, colander, pitcher, salad spinner, knives, cutting boards, food storage containers, corn on the cob knobs, wine opener, NutriBullet, coffee maker, toaster, and mini Crockpot. Please Note: Some furnishings may differ from the photos, but we assure you that your comfort and convenience remain our top priority. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. A private (not shared) laundry room off of the garage will allow you to do laundry on your schedule. Please note there is only enough room for 1 car for this unit. There is no additional parking. Other things to note There is limited parking. This unit comes with space for 1 car. The parking space is in front of the garage bay closest to the stairs. The parking area is tight so please be mindful of main house tenant.
