The space LOCATION The home is located within walking distance of downtown Lowell, a local coffee shop, and some local shops. ~13 min drive to CLT Douglas Airport ~7 min drive to Belmont Abbey College ~15 min drive to White Water Center ~22 min drive to Bank of America Stadium ~6 min drive to George Poston Park ~4 min drive to Historic Christmastown USA (McAdenville) There is a train track about a block away & some train noise can be heard when it is very quiet in the home. We have included sound machines in each bedroom and heavy shades/curtains to mitigate any disturbance by the train. KITCHEN Fully stocked kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, oven/range, and full size refrigerator in addition to a coffee bar with complimentary coffee pods, tea, an electric kettle, and a milk frother. All necessary cooking tools are also included. WORK SPACES 2 dedicated work spaces in the home- including high speed wifi & USB ports for charging LAUNDRY The laundry room is located in the carport and includes complimentary free & clear detergent pods for your convenience. THE BEDROOMS Each bedroom includes a sound machine, black out shades/curtains, all white bedding, extra blankets, and mini power strips with USB ports for keeping all of your devices charged. The primary bedroom has a Smart TV. There is a third room accessible from the kitchen & hallway that features a twin bed with a trundle that converts the bed to a king size bed. THE LAWN The interior of the home is fully renovated and ready for your enjoyment. The lawn and backyard are up next to be transformed for even more enjoyment of our home. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy & features remote check in with WiFi locks & custom entry codes created just for you. There is room for one car to park in the carport as well as several cars in the driveway. Please do not park on the street.
