A cosy 2 bedroom newbuild.

Lovely room in a 13 year old house (in an estate), seconds from the countryside, surrounded by fields. The living room is not a shared area but the bedroom is a big space for you to relax in & has a 2 person table/chairs. There is an amazing country pub 15 mins walk away called The Oak Smannell with great food. Town centre is 30 mins walk. There is a vineyard 15 mins drive away called Black Chalk Vineyard & Winery. 9 miles from Thruxton Circuit The space 2 bedroom house (1 bedroom is mine) with shared kitcken/facilities, bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Garden area also shared but access is through the living room, which is not a shared area. The room has a kingsize bed, 2 bedside cabinets, a long mirror, a chest of draws and an open clothes rail with hangers. The room has a 32inch smart tv with apps to watch your favourite TV shows. Guest access I have tandem parking so there will always be space to park. If im already parked, please park infront of my car (details will be provided near to check-in). During your stay Guests can always message me on here or via my mobile (which will be given out nearer to check-in). Other things to note As mentioned, check in time is 11am (this is of you check on on a Monday, Friday, Saturday and sunday. If you are checking in on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, check-in time will be after 4pm - this is because I am in the office on those days. If you let me know in good time what time you are planing on arriving, I could amend the timings. I also have a key lock box.
