Guest access You have access to a full kitchen, washer/dryer unit and an oversized deck for relaxing. Patio area is a shared space between the guests at the property. Other things to note Please note that this rental is NOT intended for parties or loud social gatherings. We want guests to enjoy themselves but not at the cost of the neighbors and we have strict rules in place to ensure that there are no issues throughout your stay. Please note we have a smart TVs in the unit for our guests to log in to their streaming services. Please note we do not provide log ins for streaming services. Homeowner lives nearby. Always available if anything is needed throughout the stay. 1 flight of stairs is required to access the apartment. Please note: - We also have laundry hours in which guests are allowed to do their laundry. These hours are from 9AM-8PM every day of the week. - Flight of stairs are required to access.
