Our home is located just across the street from the lake. We have lake access via a private beach everyone in the area uses. We do not have a dock for your use. Make left out of the house to Lake Shore Dr. Then left to walking path located 100 feet up on the right side. When using the beach please be mindful of others who may be using it as well. Use proper etiquette, respect others, leash your dogs, and ensure you clean up the area when you leave. PETS NEGOTIABLE, BY INQUIRY ONLY The space Situated 34 minutes from Madison and 15 minutes from Janesville, there is plenty to see and do. Launch your boat from the area boat launch for tubing, skiing or fishing and take a tour of this 10,000 acre lake. This lake has phenomenal fishing and is one of the top 10 walleye lakes in Wisconsin. If you get hungry stop at one of the many bars on the lake for great food and entertainment! Boat parking available at select bars. For winter fun bring your snowmobiles! We are just off the state trails! In a quiet, peaceful location, this year round home has something for everyone. Whether on the go or kicking back enjoying a cozy fire in the fireplace, this home is perfect for you! Newly added shuffleboard table! Entire home sleeps 8 people, so perfect if you are trying to organize a vacation with multiple families. Guest access You will have access to the entire house. Feel free to use the indoor parking, please note the doors open manually (No garage door opener). No parking is allowed on the street. All vehicles must remain in the driveway at all hours. Other things to note Many of the rules come from our local ordinances, and violations of the rules by my guests can result in the Town of Albion revoking my short-term rental license. Therefore, I ask that you please review all ofthe rules and follow them. Violations of the rules may result in an immediate termination of your rental contract without refund. -No smoking in the house. Butt container located by garage door. -No fireworks allowed. -No candles allowed. -The local township has an ordinance against parking on the roads, so you are limited to the four spots in our driveway. Only 4 vehicles are allowed (a boat trailer counts as a vehicle). Please plan accordingly. - Absolutely no street parking, as the town will ticket you. -Local ordinance also does not allow extra guests to stay outside in tents or RV’s. -Obey all laws. -Be considerate of neighbors, allow them to have quiet enjoyment of their houses, especially after 10:00 pm. Many of our neighbors do live in their homes and may have to work, so please watch the noise level. -The lot lines are only a few feet on either side of the house. Please stay within our yard, not the neighbors. All of the home owners pay a lot of money for their private yards/beaches and appreciate everyone only using the yard that they are paying for. -Limit grilling to the one provided with the property. -If you have a fire going in the fire pit, you must tend the fire until it is out. -Please take care of this property as if it were your own. - The towels at the house are for use for showering or doing dishes. Please bring your own towels for outdoor use at the lake. -Return items to the place that you found them. This includes yard games, chairs, and portable fire pit. -I understand that accidents do happen. Please report any damage right away to Holly and Mike. -Please do not turn the heat up over 76 and do not turn the air conditioning below 67. Please do not have doors or windows open when the heat or air are on. If outdoor temperatures are comfortable, please feel free to open windows but remember to close/lock before departing. - Use spare space heaters during winters months to heat bottom level further. -Follow check-out procedure when leaving. This includes following the check-out time of 10:00 am. A fee of $50 per half hour will be assessed if you do not have prior permission to stay past 10:00 am. This additional fee does not award you possession of the property. If you do not vacate on the previously appointed date/time, the Sheriff may be called. This is in fairness to other guests that may have the property booked, cleaners scheduled to be there, and your host. -Any guests not on the reservation will be charged an extra $125 per person per night. - Please DO NOT dispose of anything in the toilets except toilet paper and human waste, that would include tampons, sanitary napkins, disposable diapers, wet wipes, etc, even paper towels and tissues do not shred well enough to be flushed. -The owner/host shall not be liable to you or your guests, or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the premises at 82 Oak Street, Edgerton, WI. -Tenant/Guest shall hold owner/host harmless and indemnified from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the premises, and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of you or your guests. -Violation of the Rules are a violation of your Short-Term Rental Agreement, and may result in termination and eviction without refund.
