This third-floor, elevator-served condo offers two restful bedrooms, two baths, and a spacious screened porch with peek-a-boo water views—a calm place to start and end each day. Thoughtful touches (Sonos sound, quality linens, beach gear) make it simple to settle in and write your vacation story. Perfect for: Couples, Small Families, Snowbirds Highlights - 2 Bedrooms / 2 Baths — sleeps up to 5 comfortably - Elevator access to the third floor (note: home is not wheelchair accessible) - Screened-in porch for morning coffee and sunset breezes - Resort amenities on site — shared heated pool, playground, grills, picnic areas, and marina access - 30+ night perk — access to Harbor Isle bayside clubhouse with heated bayside pool, bar/lounge, restaurant, and fitness center - Entertainment — Sonos sound system and large-screen TVs - Location — about 2 miles to Anna Maria Island Public Beach; near trails, bridges, and local dining Interior Designed for easy days and restful nights, the main living area flows from the fully stocked kitchen to the dining space and living room. The living room opens to the large screened porch, expanding your space for conversation and evening breezes. - Primary Suite: King bed with plush linens, TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with walk-in shower and double vanity. - Second Bedroom: King bed, TV, closet, plus a twin rollaway tucked in an ottoman for flexible sleeping. - Second Bath: Hall bath with tub/shower combo—ideal for families. An in-unit washer/dryer keeps beach days simple and your stay streamlined. Layout Overview - Entry Level (3rd Floor): Open kitchen, dining (table for four + island seating), living room, screened porch, primary king suite with en-suite bath, second king bedroom with nearby full bath, laundry closet. Outdoor Living Breathe in the salt air from the screened-in porch—a peaceful perch for coffee at sunrise or a relaxed evening wind-down. Downstairs, the community heated pool, kid-friendly playground, gas grills, and picnic areas make it easy to spend the day close to home. With marina access on property, boaters can arrange wet/dry storage (through the marina) and head straight for the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf. Kitchen & Dining - Appliances: Stove with double oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice & water, blender, toaster, and Margaritaville blender - Coffee: 12-cup coffeemaker - Essentials: Cookware, utensils, serveware for relaxed meals at home - Dine indoors or carry plates to the screened porch for an easy, open-air meal. Additional Amenities - Beach day ready: Beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, and beach towels - Connectivity & Comfort: High-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, Sonos, central A/C and heat, linens and towels provided, hair dryer, iron/ironing board - Bikes for Guest Use: Provided as a complimentary convenience. Please ride responsibly, lock and store indoors when not in use, and note that immediate repairs or alternate transportation can’t be guaranteed if a flat or mechanical issue occurs. Parking - Covered parking for one vehicle - Additional first-come, first-serve parking in front of building - Community rules: No boats, trailers, RVs, or oversized trucks/trailers within the Marina Walk complex A modern coastal condo where care, comfort, and resort amenities come together—minutes from Anna Maria Island. Guest access Self Check-In Information Arrival details, including your lock code, will be emailed to you 14 days prior to arrival. Gate Entry Instructions for Arrivals Before 10 PM: - Drive towards the gate and pull into the far right lane. - Follow the prompts at the gate to call security. - State your name and that you are guests of 391 Aruba Circle, Unit #301 with Once Upon A Beach Vacation Rentals. Gate Entry Instructions for Arrivals After 10 PM: If arriving after 10 PM, please notify us in advance of your late arrival. Pick Up Key Fob - Go to the Once Upon A Beach office at 411A Pine Avenue, Anna Maria, FL 34216 to pick up the key fob for gate entry. - At the front door, you’ll find a marked lockbox for Unit #301. - Enter the code 0193, pull down on the black tab, and open the lockbox to retrieve the key fob. Gate Entry - Follow the driving directions to One Particular Harbour. - Upon arriving at the gate, use the left lane and drive up to the fob reader. - Hold the fob in front of the reader to open the gate. Important Gate Entry Note (For All Guests Upon Arrival) During normal hours (7 AM - 10 PM): - Use the right lane to call security and state your name as a guest of 391 Aruba Circle, Unit #301. - Alternatively, you can use the left lane and the fob for gate entry by passing it in front of the fob reader. After hours (10 PM - 7 AM): - The security booth is closed. Use your fob for gate entry by passing it in front of the reader. - Please ensure you have your fob for after-hours re-entry. We cannot guarantee timely assistance if you misplace or forget your fob, and a $100 fee will be assessed if the fob is lost. Parking Information - Once through the gate, look for Building #391 ('Fins Right') (the second building on the right). - Designated parking is available in spot #13 (second to back left spot) under the building on the right-hand side. - The dedicated storage unit (#16) with beach gear and bikes is next to the parking spot. - Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in front of the building. Condo Entry Instructions - Take the elevator to the 3rd floor. - The condo is located just outside the elevator at Unit #301. - Enter the code to unlock the door. - Upon entering, you will find the key for the storage unit and guest fob in a marked box by the front door. Important Note for Shared Area Access Use the guest fob to access community shared areas (e.g., pool) by passing the fob in front of fob readers at locked gates. Check-Out Instructions Please return the keys and fob(s) to the marked box by the front door. Failure to do so will result in a $100 lost key fee. Other things to note See “House Rules – Additional Rules” for full property policies and details. - No Smoking - Pets: Welcome with prior approval; max two pets under 65 lbs each. Pet fee per pet: $100 (<4 nights), $200 (4–14 nights), $400 (15+ nights) - Guests must be 25+ and remain on-site for the duration of the stay - Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM — please respect our island community - Cleaning & Linens: Professionally cleaned between stays; starter supplies provided. Mid-stay clean required for 28+ nights - Security: Exterior/common-area cameras may monitor entries and grounds for safety and compliance; no cameras face private interior spaces - Accessibility: Home is not wheelchair accessible; elevator access available but vendor-dependent if service concerns arise Max Occupancy: 5 | Max Vehicles: 2 Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed; subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
