Refurbished 27 m2 studio with private parking space and direct access to the Brusc beach (50m) and the pedestrian and bike path, to do everything on foot. Guests will enjoy a rare and pleasant enclosed garden equipped with BBQ, table, relaxation area, storage box and outdoor shower. Two single beds in nice separate sleeping area and sofa bed in living room. Modern bathroom with Italian shower. Ideal family of two children and/or water sports. The space The studio was fully renovated in spring 2023, and is composed of: - A main room containing: - 140x190 sofa bed - Kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven (everything is new) - Table and chairs for 4 people - A sleeping area with two single beds and large storage - A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet It also has a garden with: - Table and chairs for 4 people - Relaxation area with wood sofa and two armchairs - Gas grill. - Outdoor shower (use back from the beach so as not to clog the shower) The studio is in a gated residence, with a free private parking space located just outside the front door. The space is equipped with a TV . Duvets and pillows available in the apartment. Linen (fitted sheet, comforter and pillowcases) and towels provided on request (€30). Smoking and no pets allowed in the apartment. Guest access If you wish to come by car: the studio has a free private parking space in the residence, in front of the apartment. If you want to come by train: -> Gare TER de Sanary sur mer -> Gare TER de La Seyne sur mer -> Toulon TGV station Other things to note The apartment is ideal for families, lovers of water sports or walks wanting to spend a week without taking the car. Indeed, it gives directly: - On the right when exiting: on a beautiful sandy beach with a very gentle slope (you have a foot away from the edge, the water is hot...), perfect for tanning and sand castles, and the fins/mask/snorkel in the rocks north of the beach - On the left, the famous Brusc spot for lovers of Windsurfing, paddle boarding, canoeing and Wingfoil (Rentals possible in "La Cahute" directly on the beach) - on a pedestrian and bike path just finished for the 2023 season connecting Sanary to the Gaou Island, and allowing in particular to reach the port in 5 minutes on foot for dinner; take the shuttle to the Ile des Embiez, rent a boat, or go diving. For the more athletic, walk or run in the evening to Ile du Gaou, go to the coves of Mont Salva, or hike in the Forest of Janas and Notre-Dame-Du-Mai will offer you breathtaking views....
