New apartment with elevator in Matten

A modern 4.5 room newly built flat on the 1st floor of a multi-family house with direct passenger elevator access into the flat in the village of Matten. Bus stop, shopping facilities and restaurants are only a few minutes' walk from the flat. The world-famous hiking and skiing region in the Bernese Oberland is also just a few minutes drive away. The space The newly built flat consists of 3 bedrooms, each with a high-quality box-spring bed (180 x 200cm), two bathrooms equipped with WC, washbasin and floor-level showers, a spacious kitchen with open-plan dining and living area with sofa, armchair and a TV, as well as two sunny balconies. There is only one parking space available at the accommodation (free of charge). We have no other parking facilities. Guest access The 4.5-room apartment is located in an apartment building on the 1st floor. The apartment is accessible by direct passenger elevator. Other things to note - Lift directly into the flat - Free WLAN access - Free parking space available - Steam cooker, oven, fridge and freezer as well as Bora hob - Dishwasher available There is an additional visitor's tax of CHF 3.50 per day, per person. These are to be paid on site at check-in. Check-in, 15:00 PM - 17:00 PM / Check-out until 10:00 AM. Check-in / check-out outside our hours possible on request (extra charge). Check-in not possible from 19:00 PM - 07:00 AM.
