The Country Palace

We're pleased to offer The Country Palace as a getaway from the every day grind. It's located a short distance North of Ozark on a dirt/gravel road. The home sits towards the back of a 150 acre family farm. We mainly have cattle, but also have a few show lambs and goats. Plenty of trees to offer some privacy. The home has plenty of rooms and beds for a really large family or multiple families to all stay together on their vacation. Large front yard so parking multiple rigs is no concern. The space The Country Palace is a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with an office that also has a bed in it. There is a large covered back porch for enjoying the mountain views and possibly some wildlife visiting the feeder in the pasture. The home sits 1/4mi off the County Rd with plenty of room for parking multiple trucks and trailers. The County Rd and driveway are dirt/gravel. We have a nice fire pit area to gaze upon the stars as you enjoy a nice fire, the beverage of your choice and conversations with your friends and family. We try to keep plenty of wood to burn during your stay. We recommend bringing your own lighter fluid/fire starter as the wood may be wet, depending on the weather. Located about 5 miles North of Ozark between Hwy 23 & Hwy 219. We often ride our SxS up the Mountain on the County Rd to hit the vast trail systems. Please feel free to touch base with us for tips on getting to the trails. We also recommend our guests use a trail riding app such as the Polaris Ride Command App to help plan your rides. Turning North out of the driveway will let you take dirt roads almost all the way to some of the trails. (some maps don't show that route as an option) Please drive responsibly on the driveway and County Rd. Law enforcement in the area is typically SxS friendly, as long as you're being responsible. The home sits on part of a Cattle farm. You may see us out and about, but we will do our best to give you privacy. We also enjoy visiting with our guests, so feel free to reach out during your visit. Early check in and/or late check out may be possible, please contact me for availability. The base price is for 8 people. If there are more than 8 guests, there is an additional $20/person per day fee. Kids 6 years old and under stay free. We have a freezer with bagged ice available for purchase during your stay to hopefully save a trip to town. You're welcome to a bag a day for free. If the ice freezer runs low during your stay, just message me and we will try to get additional bags in there for you. Please don't go out in the pasture or woods around the house without contacting us first. Do not cut trees without permission. Other things to note NO HUNTING No smoking in the house. Please don't throw cigarette butts down in the yard. Please place them in the provided buckets or fire pit.
