Located in Kenfig Hill, a beautiful part of South Wales with beaches, nature reserves, and historic buildings on the door step. The M4 is a stones throw from the apartment and makes it the perfect central location if you want to head in to Cardiff or Swansea. The apartment has everything you need for your stay in a home away from home and amenities nearby for all your essentials. The space The flat is located on the ground floor, with no steps. The whole property is on one level and ideal for those with accessibility needs. Please note: There is a small step from the patio doors down onto to the patio. The patio is a wrap around and therefore accessible from the main door so it can be accessed easily for people with mobility needs. The entrance hall has 3 doors: one leading to the kitchen, one to the living room and one to the bathroom. The only bedroom is accessible through the kitchen. We provide all the home comforts you would need for your stay in lovely Kenfig Hill: - Bed linen and towels are provided as standard. We also provide the following: Bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet roll. In the kitchen there are: cleaning supplies, all cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, and most essentials. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and bread are all provided upon arrival. I have also included items such as an airer, iron, ironing board and pegs. Guest access Guests are welcome to use every part of the flat. The very large garden is a shared space with the flats above. It is very rarely used so please feel free to enjoy this space. Other things to note *Well behaved, house broken, quiet dogs & cats only. *Dogs are not to be left in the apartment unattended for long periods of time. *Please clean up after your pets. * NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES. Children are welcome, however we only offer a travel cot, with no bedding: WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CHILD FACILITIES ON SITE: NO COT, STAIRGATES, HIGH CHAIRS ETC.
