Serenity Lodge at 3 Top

Serenity Lodge at 3 Top is a beautiful 4-bed 3-bath home nestled away in the mountains of Creston, NC. This cozy and inviting home sets on a ridge above 3 Top Creek, which provides a great view of a stocked trout stream. We are located 25-mins to West Jefferson and 35-mins to Boone. Our 3 level full service home snuggled in a holler has enough space for everyone. Come and relax with the whole family. The space The main floor is an open concept floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining, and living room area. The kitchen has long counter tops that make cooking a breeze, and it also has ample storage for you and your family for the whole week. The living room space has beautiful wood floors, TV, DVD player, high-speed internet, and seating for all. Also on the main floor is a full bath and bedroom with a queen size bed. If that is not enough, enjoy a hot cup of coffee on our spacespacious deck over looking 3 Top Creek. Just outside the kitchen is a covered porch where you can enjoy a meal. Enjoy cooking on the grill, or just simply relaxing and enjoying the crisp mountain air. Head upstairs to another bedroom with a queen size bed and a walk-in closet. Just a few steps away is another deck you can sit and hear the creek. Just down the hallway is another full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Our next bedroom on this floor has 3 twin beds that are great for little ones or teens. The bottom floor has an additional living space with a cozy queen bed with a wardrobe. In addition to this downstairs space, there is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a futon if needed. The laundry room is located right next door in the storage area. Area Attractions: * Fishing, tubing, canoeing in the South Fork of the New River * Hiking * West Jefferson (25-30 minutes) * Boone (35-40 minutes depending on where you are going) * Tweetsie Railroad ( 40-45 minutes) * Grandfather Mountain State Park (50-55 minutes) * Ski Resorts (Appalachian Ski Mountain, Beech Mountain, Sugar Mountain Resort * Mountain Aire Golf Club * Boone Golf Club * Mill Ridge Resort Golf Club * Willow Creek Golf Club Guest access There is a gate at the end of the driveway. Please push gate forward opening towards the bridge. Latch gate at the bottom with chin to stay open. Make sure gate is open completely to prevent damage to vehicle. At the top of the driveway there is parking at the house for 4 cars, or more if some cars are blocked in. Other things to note Additional Notes: * Check-in time is 3pm and Check-out is 11am. * Surfaces are disinfected after each guest. * No parties or events. * Only registered guests are allowed overnight. * Do Not use the premises for any illegal activities. * Do Not pour grease down the drain. * Only flush toilet paper in the toilet. No flushable items, paper towels, feminine items, and etc. * No pets. * Linens and towels are provided. * Baby items provided: Pack-n-Play. * Non-smoking/vaping home. * Must be at least 21 years old to rent. * No open flames or candles. * Please clean up and pick up all trash you may have left behind. * Damages exceeding the deposit amount will be billed to the guest. * Please hang wet clothes up properly and clean up any water/wet spots. * Do Not use grill near house. * The garage is for laundry use Only. If you are using the washer please use the 12 setting. * Do Not use any water gear our toys in garage. * Do Not take any glass bottles down to the creek. If you packed it down, please make sure you bring it back with you.
