Casa De Noor is a cozy yet spacious three story home, centrally located in the town of Orgiva. It gives you the best of both worlds with a terrace and garden including a private pool and is still within walking distance to all amenities. The house is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwater, WIFI, AC/Heater units in each room and two smart TVs that include netflix and all other platforms to watch your favorite shows! The space You walk in the front door of your private three story townhome into a cool and comfortable first floor living room which has a large couch. Each seat pulls out to lay back and enjoy a movie night on the smart TV, and can double as a bed as well. There is a small half bathroom on this floor and the large kitchen that opens out onto the massive garden. You can cook a meal and enjoy it in the dine-in kitchen, or eat outside at the large covered table. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal, but if you do not want to stay in, there are plenty of charming cafes, bars and restaurants within short walking distance. Up on the second level there are two rooms and a full bathroom. The bedroom facing the yard has a double bed, and the other room is our second living room. In this room you will find a comfortable pull out sofa bed, a cozy fireplace and a smart TV. This room faces the little placita and has a balcony and when open brings in a lovely breeze. The third floor has a large bedroom with a queen size bed and a single long bed, a full bathroom and open office space. Off the office space are french doors leading to the terrace. There is a cute love seat and low table there to enjoy morning coffee with a view. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, garden and pool. No access to the unfinished apartment! Other things to note If you are driving and will have a car during your stay, it is best to park across the street at the public parking lot. We do have a driveway, and you can unload there, but please do not park there for a long time. It’s a Vado permanente so the car shouldn’t be parked there under any circumstances! Thank you.
