The house was built in 1991 and has a charming, older style that has been carefully renovated in several rooms to create a pleasant and homely feel.☀️☀️ Here you will live spaciously in 170 sqm with 5 rooms, 2 toilets and 2 showers, which makes the house perfect for both families and larger groups. The large kitchen invites you to long dinners and social moments, both for everyday life and parties🎉. Outside, the holiday feeling awaits for real – enjoy the private pool 🤽(8×4 m), relax in the hot tub or cook on the gas grill while the children play freely. The plot borders a lush field, completely without view, which gives a fantastic feeling of calm, freedom and space. For the children, there is plenty of room for play, with a large trampoline and swing. The house has large parking and plenty of space both inside and outside. The very best thing about the house, however, is the location – you live quietly and close to nature, but still only 5 km by bike path to Båstad and the center court. A smaller additional space of about 20 sqm is in the house, but is used as storage for the landlord and is therefore not available for guests. The house includes a spacious double garage 🚲🚗 – perfect for bicycles, strollers or beach equipment. There are also bicycles to rent for lovely excursions in the surroundings 🌾 Notify the landlord in advance and they will be ready, unlocked and with inflated tires. On the front of the house, you will be greeted by two lovely armchairs ☀️☕ – a perfect place for morning coffee when the day is just waking up. Here you can see the neighborhood and can glimpse the freebee golf course. Do you want even more views and a vacation feeling? Take the coffee up to the balcony upstairs – there the landscape opens up and the course shines in its full charm 😍 The back of the house is pure holiday happiness 🌸🌊 A large, lush garden with a greenhouse, pool and spa invites you to lazy summer days and warm evening baths.
