The backyard is filled with beautiful mature trees and is set up with a large deck and sitting area, gas barbecue, trampoline, and fire pit surrounded by Muskoka chairs. A short walk to the beach and hiking trails and a 5 minute drive to the local convenience store and LCBO. Guest access The entire house is accessible with the exception of the shed, which will be locked off. Other things to note This is an ideal place for families and quiet relaxation in nature. No smoking or drugs permitted. No parties or loud music permitted. Our neighbors are sensitive to noise as this is a quiet peaceful area. Kids playing is acceptable and encouraged!
