Additional cleanings can be arranged for a fee. 4-What is the service fee? Airbnb charges this fee, which is up to 15% of the total cost. 5-Is the apartment located on Victoria Island? Yes, it is situated in the heart of Victoria Island. 6-How many bedrooms and beds are there? The fully private studio has 1 bedroom and 1 Queen bed. 7-What is the checkout time, and can it be extended? Checkout is at 12 pm. Unfortunately, we cannot extend it, as we need 3 hours to clean and sanitize before the next check-in. 8-What is the check-in time, and can we check in earlier than specified? Check-in is anytime after 3 PM. We require 3 hours to clean and sanitize the apartment after the previous guest's departure and before your arrival. 9-How far is the apartment from the airport? It is a 45-minute drive without traffic. 10-Is the apartment's surrounding area secure? The apartment is located in a gated and secure compound. 11-Can the host arrange transportation to and from the airport? Yes. 12-What documents are needed for a visa on arrival? You'll need a passport copy, two passport photos, and a copy of your ticket. 13-Can I wash the towels and bed sheets? You may wash the towels, but not the bed sheets. 14-Is there a gym in the building? No, but there is a gym located 10 minutes away from the apartment.
