The suite is totally private with a separate entrance after a short walk through the grass. The Hideaway offers a comfortable living area with an eating/game table and a Smart TV with ROKU and Netflix available. There is also a variety of board games and cards for your enjoyment. The handy kitchenette has a mini fridge and microwave along with essentials for your stay. The unit has a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa and a separate bunk room with one single bed which is great for kid(s). Guest access The owners invite their guests to enjoy the grounds and lake. We can provide a firepit based on availability and request. Be sure to stop by and pet the horses and give them horse treats. Other things to note In addition to the close proximity of Du Quoin State Fairgrounds, Whirlwind Farm is within 30 minutes to several golf courses, Southern Illinois University, Southern Illinois Wine Trail, Southern Illinois Beer Trail, The World Shooting Complex, Pyramid State Park, Rend Lake and many more sites.
