It accommodates up to 4 guests and features 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a workspace. 🛏️ Bedroom – Very comfortable, with a clean and minimalist style. -Bedroom 1: One double bed (140x200 cm). -The apartment also has a sofa bed (140x190 cm). 🛁 Bathroom – The unit includes a modern bathroom with a shower. Towels and shower gel are provided. 🛋️ Living Room – Open space, cozy with a sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi. Perfect for relaxing evenings in front of the television. 🍽️ Fully Equipped Kitchen with Dining Table – Ideal for preparing and enjoying your meals comfortably. Includes: fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and all essential kitchen utensils — everything you need to feel at home! ❄️No A/C – There is no air conditioning. However, fans and heaters are provided to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. 🚗No Parking – Please note: the street is for residents-only parking. Several bus lines run through the area and can take you anywhere in the city. The Metro (Largo do Rato station) is a bit further away. 🛒 Shops – The location is truly exceptional — just around the corner, you’ll find everything you need! From local shops and convenience stores to charming restaurants and cafés. 🔒Check-in - Is very easy and hassle-free: you'll receive a personal access code before your arrival. Feel free to reach out with any questions — we’d love to host you. ✅WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY: 🏠 The listed price includes everything: cleaning (before after your stay), electricity, water, TV, Wi-Fi, fresh bed linens, toilet paper, shower gel & soap,etc. 👶Cribs available (upon request). 🧺 Additional towels and bed sheets are available for an extra fee and extra cleaning can be arranged upon request and extra fee as well. 📜 HOUSE RULES: 🚭 Smoking is not allowed. 🦮 We don’t accept pets. 🧼 This is a self-catering rental, so we’ll provide a starter supply of essentials (like toilet paper and detergent) to get you settled in. Once those run out, we kindly ask guests to replenish them as needed. ⚡If you use several high-powered appliances at the same time (such as the washing machine, hairdryer, toaster, water heater, etc.) the safety breakers may trip. This is normal — you have to go to the fuse box and switch all the breakers back on. 🔇Parties are not allowed. 🔊 We have a device in our apartments that monitors noise levels. It does not record conversations — it only measures sound/decibel levels. This helps ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. ✅ CHECK IN RULES -The building and apartment doors are opened using a code. Before your arrival, we will send you a detailed self check-in instructions. Including all the necessary codes. -The apartment will be cleaned and ready for you between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM. -Unfortunately, we are unable to offer early check-in — the previous guests check out at 11:00 AM and the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for you. The only way to guarantee an early check-in is to book the previous night. -If you prefer, we can also meet you at the apartment upon arrival! Show you around and answer any questions you may have. In this case, a late check-in fee applies: €10 for arrivals after 8:00 PM, €20 after 11:00 PM and €30 after 1:00 AM. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the person doing the check-in. Please note: in-person check-in may not be possible after 1:00 AM. 👋 CHECK-OUT RULES -You have to be ready to leave the apartment by 11:00 AM ⏰ -Please make sure that you carefully close the apartament door! If keys are provided, kindly leave them on the dining table before you leave. -Unfortunately, staying past 11:00 AM is not possible. 🔉EXTERNAL NOISE -Most guests have no issues with noise. -The windows are well insulated and when closed - the apartment remains quiet. Still, as with any central location, some ambient noise may be present. 🔧 OWNER ACCESS -On some occasions, authorized personnel may need to access the property for maintenance or other necessary tasks (e.g., the owner, building manager, cleaners, repair technicians, etc.).
