The space With the cozy and intentional appointments of the home, whether you’re coming through by yourself, as a couple or family, you will be sure to have an exciting, fun filled time with the abundant amenities this incredible home and surrounding areas has to offer! Birdsong Cottage was designed with tranquility, comfort and relaxation in mind for the ultimate luxurious and immersive escape! The carefully selected location of the home is just under 10 minutes from the beautifully rustic downtown Cadiz, KY area which offers an exciting small town feel with a variety of offerings to experience which makes the Cadiz area special. Whether you enjoy fun outdoors such as hiking, water activities; fishing, boating, kayaking, or visiting various historical sites, antique shopping or restaurant hopping, there is something enjoyable for everyone! Within the tiny home itself, you will find fun things to do as it does come equip with WiFi(please note that our WiFi is “cellular 5g WiFi” not cable due to location and service availability), Roku TV’s in each living space (including the master bedroom) as well as board games in the upstairs loft. The master bedroom has one queen bed and just outside the room has two twin sized bunk beds. The detail of the cottage and mindful arrangements are sure to provide a home away from home feel and restful space. Guest access Keypad/Lockbox accessible. Other things to note HOUSE RULES 1. No parking allowed anywhere on the property other than under the carport. (This to preserve & protect our septic field lines) 2. No speeding on gravel roads - please keep to 5mph to 10mph to keep our neighbors safe and our roads intact. 3. No parties or events allowed. 4. No smoking or vaping allowed in or around the unit.  5. No pets allowed. 6. Suitable for toddlers and children under 18. 7. No unregistered guests allowed.  8. Please remove shoes upon entering the home - we do allow (clean) house shoes inside. 9. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.  10. Please respect the noise curfew of 9pm - 7am. 11. Please adjust AC (in warmer months) to 78 and Heating (in cooler months) to 55 degrees on both thermostat units upon checkout. 12. Please respect check-in and check-out times.  13. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. 14. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.  15. Please don’t rearrange the furniture, remotes as well as electronics. 16. Please do your dishes. 17. Please take the trash out before you leave (all trash must be bagged and nothing left in or around the exterior of the property). 18. Please report any damages or issues immediately through the airbnb communication platform. 19. Please be courteous and mindful of keeping the space clean and refrain from excess mess and odors. 20. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. OTHER NOTES: -For use of the fire pit, you will want to bring your own fire-wood, fire starter and matches. -We do not currently supply an onsite grill. -We do not own a dock or offer personal kayak or boat rentals at this time. -We value a good relationship with our neighbors, therefore please respect the 9pm to 7am quiet time. -Also, please DO NOT go above 5 to 10 MPH on any gravel/ ‘Private Drive’ roads leading up to the cottage to preserve our roadways and to keep our area safe and respectful. -Please note that the fireplace is electric for safety purposes. -Fireworks are NOT allowed on property due to safety regulations. -Smoking or vaping of ANY kind is NOT permitted inside or around the home and will result in a minimum charge of $350. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/ power outages/ internet outage/other events that are beyond our control.
