Location is key - and you are only 5 minutes walk from the beach and the nearest Metro. The airport and downtown Copenhagen are less than 10 minutes away with the Metro. You'll be living in a modern four levels townhouse with a beautiful, green private terrace for outside dining and BBQ on the ground floor and two terraces on the top floor with lounge furniture and a glimpse to Øresund and Sweden. The space This is a really nice property where you’ll find everything you could dream of. The layout is excellent, with an entrance leading into a modern kitchen, dining area, and living room. There’s also a guest toilet on this floor. On the first floor, you’ll find a bathroom and three bedrooms. On the second floor, there’s a master bedroom with two private terraces — one with lounge furniture. From both terraces, you can enjoy a glimpse of the sea and, on clear days, even Sweden. The lower level includes an additional bathroom and access to a washing machine and dryer. Guest access Guests will have a code send to them to access via a keypad. The house is rented out full so all the space - except two rooms in the basement we keep for private stuff - is yours to access.
