A short 5 minute walk you'll find a riverbank beach perfect for sunbathing, shell collecting, kayaking, fishing and stunning sunrises. The space The cottage is cozy but open. The main living space boasts a tall A-frame ceiling and the 4 season porch has big windows, bringing in lots of natural light. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located downstairs and the 3rd bedroom, 2nd bathroom are in the upstairs loft. The stairs to the loft are steep so small children/elderly may be best downstairs. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Pets must be crated when guests are not inside the house. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property and furnishings. Guest access In addition to the entire house, guests also have access to community amenities. The neighborhood has a member-only beach, tennis courts, swimming pool(MemorialDay-Labor Day), playground and boat ramp.
