Looking for a relaxing vacation in Périgord? Come and discover this charming house for 8 people, in the heart of the Périgord countryside. Served by a dead-end road, there are no neighbors nearby. All around the house, enjoy a private pool at the accommodation, a summer kitchen, all in a large 10,000 m2 lot! The space House comprising: 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8 including 2 single beds, 1 extra barbed bed), a bathroom (double sink with bath and shower), a toilet, a kitchen (TV, oven, fridge with small freezer section, microwave, toaster, coffee machine (filter), a living room with a fireplace and a TV, a laundry room (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board). Outside: large barn adjoining the house, lean-to with an outdoor lounge, charcoal barbecue (not included), swimming pool. The pool is 10x4, 1.50 m deep, and is salt water. The pool is surrounded by synthetic grass. Security level. There is an alarm. It also has 8 deckchairs to relax around the pool. Baby equipment available (crib, highchair, bathtub, changing mat, small potty, booster seat, toilet seat reducer). There's Wi-Fi. IMPORTANT: bring your sheets (or €15/bed); towels not provided. Please clean the accommodation and a €70 cleaning fee. Dogs are allowed. No smoking indoors. We only accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday during the summer vacation. Guest access Access to the entire house and surrounding land, no neighbors. You will be the only ones to enjoy the house.
